Day in the life…

Opening the glass doors to work, you will be instantly met with the smell of fresh coffee brewing and the sounds of music that just gets your energy pumping. You will be greeted with a smile from your management team and co-workers followed by the chitter chatter of the staff getting ready for their work day, and the knowledge of knowing that it’s going to be a great day. At 8am on the dot, you will get a pep talk from the sales manager, Amy. She is going to motivate you, challenge you, but most importantly she is going to push you to succeed, and then the fun begins. You jump on the phone and start dialing. (dial, dial, dial) Your first call sets the tone for the entire day, so we always say “smile while you dial.” On a typical day, you should dial anywhere between 200-300 calls: This gives you the opportunity to reach businesses from all over the United States. Our objective is to build relationships with our customers based on trust, loyalty, and complete honesty. The excitement only continues from there because you get to be the person that helps that business owner grow their company in a different avenue. Who doesn’t want to be the reason there’s a smile on someone’s face, but also help them become a pillar in the community? The opportunity continues into your next call, and we call that SUCCESS!
